  1. Q: Who is eligible to use Solid Report?
    • Any duly registered institution such as primary, secondary or college
    • Any parent/guardian of a registered student in a registered institution, teacher or faculty member
    • You must be assigned as the instructor of a gradable course
    • You must have a user name and password
  2. Q: How do I log-in to Solid Report
    • If you fit these criteria then you are eligible to use Solid Report by clicking on “Sign-up” icon and follow the link
  3. Q: I forgot my password. What do I need to do?
    • Go to the Login page
    • Click the “Forgot my password” link and follow instructions on the screen
  4. Q: I was logged in and SolidReport™ automatically logged me out. What happened?
    • For security reasons, SolidReport™ automatically signs you out of your session if no activity is detected for number of minutes.
    • You will need to log in again to continue working.
  5. Q: Is there online help?
    • Yes. Online help is available to authenticated users so you must log in.
